Multimedia Artist

Currently working for WPXI-TV (NBC Affiliate) located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; operating the Master Control Room and Ingest Technical Operations as a Broadcast Specialist. I am also a 2D/3D freelance artist and film crew member serving local film makers and entertainers in the Greater Pittsburgh Area and beyond. From pre-production to post-production, to fancy footwork setting up a stage, to operating stage lights for Remains of Jade.  I'm a member of:  Women in Film and Media Organization, Pennsylvania Film Industry Association and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 5.

 

I graduated from Edinboro University with a B.F.A in Applied Media Arts/Computer Animation, a minor in Art History and a minor in Geography. I studied Fine Arts at CCAC, receiving multiple awards such as; M.V.P. Award, Dean's List Awards, Who's Who Among Students In American Junior Colleges Award and also received an Honorable Mention from the City of Pittsburgh's Art Program.

 

As an artist, I believe beauty is everywhere and I love being creative every opportunity I get. I have a strong appreciation for nature, geography, science and astronomy. My creative background extends from drawing, painting, photography, photo-lithography, raku, printmaking, graphic design, computer animation to composing piano music.
